Delivery and Returns

Items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days of placing your order. Items may take longer if they need making up due to unforeseen sales. In this instance, an estimated delivery date will be given.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery so you may want to give a work address in this instance.

If you are at all unhappy with your goods, you may return within 7 days upon receipt of purchase in a new and unused condition for an exchange or refund. Any used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Bombarock will not be responsible for packages not returning so I advise customers to obtain a free certificate of postage from the post office.

Bombarock will not be responsible for return postage unless faulty goods.
